These terms cover your use of AcuteHost. By creating an account you agree to them. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean AcuteHost, the operator of this service.
The service
AcuteHost compares your short-term rental listing with comparable listings you approve and recommends a nightly rate for each upcoming stay. It recommends; it never changes your listing. You decide what to charge and you change your prices on Airbnb yourself.
Your account
You need an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Enter only listings you own or manage.
Price and payment
The plan costs $19.00 per property per month, or $16.15 per property per month when paid yearly ($193.80 a year). After you request your plan we email you payment details; your plan is switched on once payment is arranged. The plan renews each month or each year until you cancel.
What the plan includes
- Up to 10 comps per property.
- A price check every week.
- A search rank check every 2 weeks, on upcoming weekends.
- The Monday email and the trends pages.
- A fair-use allowance of checks per property in any 30 days. It covers the schedule above with room for some extra checks you start yourself. When it is used up, checks for that property wait until older ones are more than 30 days old.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
Cancelling
Email us at hello@acutehost.com. We switch your plan off the same day and it does not renew. Ask and we also delete your account and its data.
Energy automation
Energy automation is an add-on, set up with you on request, from $9.00 per property per month. It works with Google Nest thermostats. Pool heating can be handled on request. You remain responsible for your home and its equipment; check the settings we agree on.
Airbnb
AcuteHost is not affiliated with Airbnb, Inc. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc. The service reads public listing pages only and has no connection to your Airbnb account.
No warranty on results
The recommendations are estimates based on public prices at the time of each check. We do not promise bookings, revenue or search position, and public data can be incomplete or wrong. The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
If these terms or the price change, we email you before the change applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
